New Windows Messenger - Saxperience

It's doing my head in. When I sign in, where the contacts should be is empty, but if I goto "Actions, Send an Instant Message" all my contacts are there..

I've followed the thing on Microsoft.com, and it hasn't worked.

I also tried to install the previous MSN I had again, but it comes up with a message saying I have o upgrade, before I sign in.

Any suggestions?

try uninstall the new messenger and download it again, worked for me

Am Still using an old one with msn plus, havnt had any upgrade messages, i didnt even know there was a new one, untill a mate mentioned it last week!

im using windows live messaneger ahve been about a ear with msn pluss installed, when you first log in my contacks dont show up but they they flash up, what spec pc you runing, i could do with some more memory tbh lol

I love the new messenger, layout is awesome and loads more features as standard. The whole Live site is done very well now too.
