I have a garmin Nuvi and never had a problem with it, well apart from it leading me up a wrong road for my grandads funeral making me miss the whole bloody thing.... But its easy to use and does nearly exactly what it says on the tin

Well i ended up going for the tom tom start, from halfords, comes with 1 year warranty and i think two months speed camera subscription.
very impressed with it, easy to use, took seconds to setup while in the car park and haven't had a problem since, done a couple of 30mile trips yesterday and today and it worked perfect,
id recommend it to anyone wanting a simple to use sat nav, very good for the money.

I have a Navman which I use the majority of days for work and has never let me down once in the 4 month of use - very hard wearing and reliable - has never got me lost so far!
And I travel all over the country atm

Got the Garmin nuvi 200W. Very easy to use, connects very quickly and apparently the US Army uses them
