Lifestyle gyms are awful for this. Proper gyms are much better though, mine will be slightly busier but it'll still be the same people as usual.
Pure gyms gotta get it the worst. When I trained there there was times I couldn't even find a parking space never mind any equipment. So glad I left that place lol.

"Fat people"....What do you expect? They need to start somewhere.
I'd be worried if you got a bunch of skinny cunts in january saying "fuck,we got to lose some weigh, let's hit the gym"

He never said anything bad about fat people, didn't even mention losing weight either.
Yah your right skinny people probably Wouldnt say that, but that's the same as saying fat people going into the gym saying lets get fatter

Did I say he said bad things about fat people?
It was the derogatory way in which he used the term, because let's be honest, the gym is also there to cater for them. They realise they're fat,not very fit and need to do something about it.Sadly they may only do something about it for a few weeks but I'm sure some will continue on and lose some excess fat.

Yeah I've had that previously, but not necessary fat people, just people in general making it hard to move about and get to machines that you want to get on.

Your right it is there to cater for them, but lets be honest, fat people cos they are bigger naturally think they are stronger n pick up weights too big

Yeah you're right, what I can't be arsed with is people who put on the big bravado act...trying to impress, these are the ones who will do themselves a mischief.
I don't bother with weights these days,I don't even use the gym anymore.....when I was last at the gym over the winter time of 2010 I think I used the treadmill, elliptical trainer and the bike and that was it and tbh most days I'd use the treadmill and that was it.
I've been thinking about buying a treadmill for the house, some nights when the weather is horrific I just can't be arsed going out....like today for instance, its terrible out there.

First day back this year for me, 2 extra people to normal and one of those I've seen on a Saturday before now but never in the week. He might just train on evenings of something usually though. He does look a prat though wearing some under armor type stuff stupidly tight lmao.
Saturday I'm training with the owner and we'll start just as he closes the gym so no one will be in the way there haha!
