I Hate BT Broadband!
As you may have guessed I have BT Broadband. They have in there infinite wisdom decided to throttle back my internet connection. We are talking dial up speeds here but only if I try to watch internet TV, Download on Itunes or use P2P software. The only thing in my usual monthly usage from the start of this year has only been from 5 to 15 Gb a month. Yet I am paying £20.53 a moth for the 20Gb a month plan. I am feeling a bit short changed as you can imagine. Are there any ISP that do not throttle internet? As I think its about time for me to get a new one.

As BT broadband only runs through a phoneline (and not optical cable) which has a theoretical maximum of 8MB/s with an average of about 4MB/s (depending on distance from exchange and number of users) Im surprised you hit your download limits.
I do not believe there are any companies that have true unlimited downloads. They all have a "fair usage policy" which will restict you at peak times or high traffic.
The only real way is to go with Virgin if you are in an optical cabled area and choose the 20MB or 50MB plan which again have a usage policy but as optical has no real limits they never need to enforce these or restrict it. Therfore your download is not only able to reach silly amounts but it is theoretically allowed to!
