It pays to be coy and even choose the 'thinking of leaving O2' option. That is when they offer you good stuff. Hold your cards close to your chest and act like you're thinking of leaving but have doubt in your voice like you might stay.

Oh and mention a rival companies deal, like T-mobile and say it's less money and more minutes, then see what they say.
