Default Steering play

Hi guys has anyone else come across this problem
(ive changed both track rod ends and center joint has well)
But went i turn the wheel in my vtr to the right the car seems to over steer and theres alot of clunking in the center of the rack when still
And all so when i hit a crack on the right side of the road my car pulls that way
Could this be a steering rack is worn or something else

track rod eds on wrong way round --causing the track rods to bind on rack /
have you just lowered the car?

Mine was like this and I found the steering rack was knackered. If you turn the wheel some then go under the bonnet behind the intake manifold you should be able to grab the steering rack and wiggle it about, if it's knackered you should hear a similar sound.

Has the car hit a curb or been down a bad pot hole?
