Default Not a Saxo but a 206 Exhaust help please!

hi i have a 206 xsi which is the model down from the gti but looks exactly same bumpers etc. I want a new backbox as my xsi one is starting to corrode im thinking of getting a gti backbox! (looks a bit better and i want to keep the car as standard as possible) But i want to no

will it be a straight fit?

would it need welding to change the back box? or is it a clamp holding the middle section and backbox together. thanks
