Hes not one guy, for each of the cars tested its the manufacturers test driver. Which is why his height, weight and build vary. And why Koenigsegg didnt care that the Stig mullered their prototype, and juts built him a new one so 'he' could test it again.
They just use the same driver for the reasonably priced car bit
