yeahh if you mark out where the bonnet catch is and then cut out a slot big enough to get your hand in, thats what i dits hardly even noticable until you get right up close to the grill

Cheers, I just snipped a line at top and sides then I can push the piece forward to open bonnet then pull the piece back as if it's not even cut.. Kinda messed the job up tbh, the backing plate at back of grill snapped so can't screw it to bonnet, tried to get one from scrappy but only one they had was f****d! So zippy clip for now then use some sealer or something tomorrow.. Will post pictures on progress post tomorrow! Thanks

I snapped the back on mine when I did it but used some resin glue and put it back on but after a while it started to come undone again so i'd suggest if you can't see the zip ties use them as well as the glue

when i deslatted mine i cut the mesh to fit exactly then i drilled loads of tiny little holes all round the edges to hold the mesh, the front part of grill and rear part of grill all together with tiny little black cable ties, they were like 1mm wide, cant see them and its solid, then just to make sure i used black silicone on the inside all over the back joining the back part to the front part.

and where i cut the hole to open the bonnet i used some old extension cable, removed the wires and cut a slot down one side and fitted that to line the hole, if that makes sense?
