Default health and fitness - needing help

hi people,

couple of quick questions

since the football season has finished have become so unfit and starting to actually get quite bulky lol, last month or so been going to the gym after work working on chest press and few other weight machines as well as running on the tredmill. im not a fantastic eater lol, eating good and bad stuff really, any tips on how i could shed a few pounds and get bk into shape?

also ...

any tips on building my stamina for football other than tredmill?

try to stay off of treadmills where possible, try and do more mixed terrain running (some road but not to much)

to do football you would want to begin just doing base fitness work and then progressing to some speed endurance before the season

swimming will help and also bike riding

see if your gym do 'spinning' classes and 'boxercise'

they are 2 great ways to lose weight and get into shape
