Just a little update... i went round to my dads today so i only got another hour or so's work in.. still got a little more to do, then it's finished..
But i thought id show you the results of my first attempt at scratch removal..
My rear bumper was heavily scratched.. someone drove into my car...
Here's what it looked like after going over it a few times with SFX-1 on a cutting pad....
It then needed a few more goings over before finishing with SFX-2 and SFX-3, and then waxed with P21's.. I decided to spruce the pad with megs detailer and to spray the work area with detailer to lube the pad more to prevent the paint from burning....
Here's the results.. barely noticeable to be honest was rather impressed!

No faith boys, no faith
It's the spotlight im using, it doesn't have a proper stand, it has a strong clamp on it, attached to a small step ladder... i angled the light lower for this shot... but couldn't get it any lower... im not that bad at detailing

Andy, yes the rings are slightly blue tinted... and normally the halogen headlights are yellowy.. but i have xenons in, so they are bright white/blue
Luke, if that was a trax related comment im not going im afraid.. i'll be in italy for my sisters wedding.. going on wednesday and wont be back until mid september!
Ash, it has been waxed.. i've put P21's wax on it, and it's really easy to apply, it's great! Least we know landy wont give us any competition on the whoring side of things

I got them as a bulb upgrade from Rimstyle, have a look on there website www.rimstyle.com
They are a lot brighter than standard lamps! and give a bright white light, so much better visibility...
Just need to get mine adjusted as they aim a bit too low at the moment...
