Hey all,

Was studying yesterday for uni exams and my mind wandered over to an EVE online advert. Has anyone played or trialed this game? Im interested but it looked complicated and was wondering how quickly anyone picked it up.

I trialled it, couldn't get into it, didn't really give it a chance though.

It is a very slow paced game, mature, but not overly exciting, from what I have heard you really need to make money, buy a very good ship, and what not. But the big fleet battles apparently don't happen very often?

Thats what some people said, I had visions of it being something near Firefly but it would cost me a fortune playing it so I might pass on it lol.
