only 31% of customers would recommend them though  and also they seem to forget a lot of things when posting the phones out and if you have any problems they just tell you to go to your network provider?

used to use them... wernt bad at the time but if you wanted to return within the 7-14 days etc they wer really funny about it!
i would only use the direct network providers now... been with orange for last 3 years... spot on... and before that was with vodafone for a year!
wouldnt touch places like carphone warehouse... phones 4 u etc
with insurance there with 3rd party companys etc! whereas with orange its with orange!
