docquaker Newbie Join Date: Mar 2015 Posts: 19	Alternator squeak and groan. Swapped my alternatorbelt a while back and the cars been squeeking at lower speeds, plus making a rumbling squeak when i go of the throttle. The sound gets worse when I take a corner. Ive tryed two different belts, they both do the same thing. I’ve tried varying the tension, still squeaks and groans. I’m hoping it’s not the alternator. What du you guys think?
