Default Nitromors on alloys?

I've started to sand down some 205 alloys but it takes so long to do it by hand. so i was just wondering if it is safe to use nitromors?

perfectly safe, tyres off??

if not id advise you take them off or be careful when you apply it, does make the job loads easier too, just use a blunt wire brush to get it off in a drill

sweet. yes the tyres are off. do you think sanding with very fine 1200wet&dry after nitromors to get a clean finish? obviously removing the nitromors first.

I'm doing this but with the tyres on. Any suggestions or things to watch out for?

Wud it be worth just deflating the tyres so they're away from the rims a little?

You should definately deflate the tyres if you are keeping them on..

wud I be able to just re inflate them after i've finished then? or would there be any problems? I assume if they aren't taken off the rim there isn't a problem.
