iphone
gone onto my itunes 2day and said had 2 do an update so did it then it has put my phone in recovery mode and now cant get it out any ideas

Hold down the top button (for turning off/screensaver) and the circle button
that puts it to reset itself, if you have everything on your phone on your PC, just hold it down for 5-10 seconds and then let it do its magic.
Used to do it on my iphone as it kept freezing, but then again, i kept braking them...

Plug it in, In the sync menu there is an option to restore it, Do this. Im guessing you unplugged it half way through the update?

Was it coming up with a failiure message? It usually gives you a problem code.
