So finally took our advise after snapping at us for giving help! if your going to box the subs don't get 6x9's get something decent like components otherwise your just going to get bass and buzzing noises. if you are going to use
6x9 then put the bass setting on the amp all the way down no bass at all through the parcel shelf

6x9s won't be running through the amp. they'll be running through the car.

i turn the subs on and off. i have a switch in the remote, the interiopr speakers and 6x9s will be on all the time and then subs can be added when i want them on.

Won't really matter, your 6x9's will be under stress if they are trying to fight against the air movement caused by your sub.
Do it if you want but your 6x9's can and probably will get cooked.

The 6x9s are only there because the shelf has the cutouts for them, may not even wire them up.

What sort of logic is that?!

So your 6x9's are going in, but because you won't have your subs on all the time thats okay. . . . you seriously amaze me, you really do.

why do you need a stealth shelf. Just buy a new standard shelf, throw the 6x9's and get some decent speakers up front. Put the 6x9's in the rear panel if need be. Honestly, do things properly and you'll get a lot further with your money.
