Brown pasta and rice, wholemeal bread, chicken, egg whites, tuna, vegetables etc.
Not really any specific drinks, keep your water levels up
Supplements are major but Dorian Yates is good, I take that, have 40g of protein and 70g of low GI carbs

there is no fastest way and what kind of weight are we talking here.
you get meal replacements that are 1000+ calories a serving and a Mcd's at supper time should put on some weight.

Lidl ftw imo. Family size lasagne, 3 times a day. Nice and cheap. And you put on weight like nobodys business lol. But on a serious note. 5 regular set meals a day. And some of the serious mass stuff that is talked about above. Though steer clear of tuna and some fishy products if you are wanting to put on weight, as they are often rich in protein, but some of the compounds they are made up with aid weight loss. Stick with your pastas and chicken. Though you need to work out whilst doing this or you will just end up getting a big belly!

you will get a big belly anyway, you wont gain muscle eating lasagne lol
that serious mass stuff is what powerlifters use. That amount of calories in a serving is just silly.
but if you want to gain weight quick then go for it, just dont go crazy with it.

you have 2 choices mate.
1) clean bulk - Keep diet clean, but have overall calories higher than rda. this means you will increase in size but limiting the amount of fat gained.
2) dirty bulk - eat loads of food not keeping to diet so strict and making sure that calories are again high than rda, u may gain more fat this way but it will be a lot quicker - after this kind of bulk you will need to cut as you will have gained more fat than on a clean bulk.

I certainly wouldn't suggest against using tuna Kev, its a grwat source of protein, which is needed to build muscle
