Lol! tell me about it!
Here is a picture from before the suspension had settled down more.
It's lower now and I have already noticed a decent difference in ride ect car definitely benefits from the diet.

Had a feeling you'd jump straight in with something like that.
I actually thought to myself, I bet John will be straight in there lol.
I'm not that bothered it's only an alloy which can easily be refurbed or replaced for peanuts

Never really pay much attention to these, don't like 206s etc, but I really like this one lol think its because its so clean and subtle.
Not sure i could cut my alloys off though tbh lol

Thanks, I personally don't like any basemodel cars so I'm only a fan of the hot models so one 206 out of the range I like lol. These are very underated and often overlooked because of a motoring journalist bandwagon if you ask me. Which is why I only read fastford ect if I fancy reading mags. If I like a car I'll test it myself and not rely on a review from a motoring journo. Had I have done that back in 05 or whatever I'd have never even bothered with my first 180, but I checked out the competition and the overall package for me was better and still is to this day *numero dos*.
I just enjoy going out and surprising these chaps in their Clio's who expect it to be a walk in the park because they believe everything they read.
Trust me I didn't fancy cutting them off but without alot more drilling time or spending dollar on more bits it wasn't happening, one decent local garage *the only one* said they'd remove them for £100 via drill.

Thanks mate,
Yeah that was a liberty still feeling raw now! haha
I'm actually surprised what a huge difference dropping a size in wheels (& spacers) have made in regards to the dynamics of the car. Handling is noticebly different. Turn in is shaper and better weighted it really notices the difference stripping that weight from the front, the car is also quicker although I have noticed the car spins up quite abit easier now.
