on the outside use a old bed sheet

the water gets soaked up and freezes in the sheet
and keeps your windscreen clean

also you can try warm water with vinegar.

on the inside you can use lemon/alcohol whipes put the heating on at the same time and your windows slightly open and it should be a good job done in no time flat

or simple turn your car on for 5 mins b4 you leave and have the heating on inside. by the time you are ready to get into your car the windows should have cleaned up.

hope this has helped some of you out
