on the tools on the left under the plaster tool there is the clone stamp

click on this tool and press the alt button
you will now see an arrow click on the part you want to copy

and click on the part of the photo you want to put it on

and there you go with a bit of practice it gets more simple mate

I use Photoshop Elements Not as confusing as CS4 or cs 3 little bit easier to use but as same functions
