Gyms are very expensive!
So then the option open to most people is working out at home!
This '6 Second Abs thingy' is ment to help with 'crunches'!
Instead of laying on the floor doing 'crunches' you can sit and crunch downwards!
This 'tool' also helps to ensure you are correctly doing 'crunches'. Using a clicking mechanism!
It sounds very good to me!
Still all the hard work of working out but helping to ensure your working out correctly!

Some people, I.E me, have trouble with my back and neck after doing Sit-Ups!
This could elimate my problems!
Obviously coupled with Cardio Traning. Any ideas?

Don't do sit-ups then there bad for ur lower back anyway, but ur clearly pulling ur head forward as ur doin them otherwise u wouldn't get the neck pains. Try doin crunches or if u insist on doin sit-ups buy a blow up fit ball and do them on that, this will take all the strain off your lower back. The fit ball also offers bags and bags of different core stability exercises!

Simply hopping on the fitball & doing sit ups will not help your issues, performing curls over the fitball is a more advance exercise than floor work! as you are using an increased range of motion & more stabilizing muscles.....
Place your toungue on the roof of your mouth behind your front teeth keep your chin off of your chest & draw your navel towards your spine as you exhale & curl upwards. Do not support your head your neck should do that if it hurts or cases you discomfort relax rest then try again in a few minutes build this up over time! abdominal training isnt easy as they have many many functions the main one being to support your whole body!!
Pm me for more advise if you wish

you dont need to use any machines. just utilise your own body weight to build up good abs. so therefore doing a diif routine every morning for example working each muscle group.. so doing sit ups, crunchies, etc.. will be a good idea..
i will drag out my paperwork from some of the countries leading people in the know if needed

and people will have different techniques (usually incorrect i might add) which is why they may get pain from some activities such as sit ups. there are different ranges of motion you need to do to keep the musclse firing properly.
Core stability is the buzz atm

people have incorrect ways of doing things due to incorrect movment pattens which means that easily facilitated muscles are usually doing the job of the ones youre trying to work! all exercises should be done with good instruction!
Core stability is in ATM yes, & so it should be always!!
