white or silver??
ive just finished wirebrushing my steelies back to silver, was planning on spraying them white as i dont care for spendin shitloads on my first car coz its only a 1.1. now im undecided whether to wet and dry them so they are smooth steel and laquer them or spray them white??
what do you lot think? white or silver? heres a pic of the steelie as it is at the min

White car white wheels imo, then use some decent tyre care to really blacken side wall of tyre

I'd say spray them white as leaving them silver may look a bit like standard steelies anyways wheras if you spray em white they will still have the steelie look but will have a touch to em ... something different, there is a sax with white wheels round here n it looks pretty good as hes lowered it on em haha .
But at the end of the day we can all offer you our opinion but you need to take that into account.. this kind of mod is personall opinion as everyone has different views on colour etc so best thing is go with your gut mate !

cheers for quick replys people my first idea was white with red lip as someone said, had a quick go at photoshoppin white steelies w/ red lip onto my car lastnight..this is what i came up with...
looks pretty mint...just thought silver steelies look new and fresh. probably will end up gettin a rattlecan of polar white though as im not really sure of the silver takin a second look at the pic
P.S ignore the fact it hasnt got a front bumper at the minute, in the process of smoothin fogs

he's a 3 studder lads so S wheels are not really an option unless of course he does the whole 4 stud conversion
i would personally do them white, not sure about the red lip though

There spot on them!
Defo spray white though and im really not sure about the red lip :/
