Sorry but this is not true atall...
The only way to loose fat from anywhere is by doing cardio exercises, running, swimming, cycling etc.
Hope this helps :thumbup:

Read the top posts squire.
the best way to burn calories is resistance exercise! your post exercise elevation of metabolic rate is significantly rasied for upto 4 hours after a weights session!! cardio sessions are no where near that!
cardio exercise will burn calories form fat yes but it needs to be sustained!
If you work an area you will not burn fat from that area. you cant spot reduce fat!
eat a healthier diet & increase your activity level! this will see a lose in abdominal fat & a whole variety of other benifitsl.
Cardio = honda civic - stretching fuel for miles
Resistance = drag strip car - err wheres my fuel gone? :shock:
FAT = stored energy (fuel)

incorrect! in so many ways.
increasing the amount of fat storing enzymes in your body by not eating enough will have a degative effect!
You can not spot reduce fat as stated above! endless sit ups will give you neck pain, poor posture & back pain!
please just post up if your sure of your answer.
cheers :thumbup:

At the school of "thats what most ppl think"
the industry is riggled with myths & deceptive information, i resently read an article on the fastest way to burn fat! it stated that it was walking, then later on, about 2 paragraphs it stated that resistance exercise was the best way to lose those lbs & tone up.... HUH!
Sales & Fitness are two different things the hard part if seeing the difference! LOL
