Default colour coding wing mirrors and black trims!

Please could somebody point me in the right direction! I want to paint my wing mirrors (poiseodeon blue at the min but want to paint them illuminous green) does the blue bit come off relatively easy or is it a pain? also is there a guide to colour coding bump strips and bumpers? tried using the search but cannot find anything! thanks
