This is a really helpful guide mate
What do you think about fabric spray paint? I know that's a bit of a lazy way to do it.

Absolute brilliant thread here mate I'm going to do my door cards in leatherette but I were just wondering would just normal spray glue work or need to be high temp glue, as in summer it gets pretty hot in the saxo? Again mate top marks for this thread!

The stuff i used is carpet glue, pretty heavy duty stuff
(designed for sticking carpet to stairs with out using carpet spike strips)
if it wasnt strong stuff the carpet could move, and people would hurt them selves falling down stairs
sure a small bit of material the size of a doorcard shouldnt be an issue
just bare in mind, theres no such thing as too much glue

The stuff i used for door cards was 1 meter by 157cm-ish
and had enough left over to cover say the sun roof slider panel, and a few little off cuts.
to do door cards, and roof liner, 3 meters by 157cm is more then enough, enough left over to do parcel shelf too!
(157 is 60 inches) just so you know
