A few things don't quite add up here but to be honest at the end of the day Martyn is out of pocket by £350 and should not have to be paid back in instalments. Can you not use your insurance money you have ticked aside to repay him Jay?

yep ill get that number and chuck it up when im home
also i spent my insurance money on the move
as i had to hire a company to move my stuff and a car transporter etc... also deposits arent cheap these days
