Laptop Help...
I've been looking for a laptop for a while but tbh i have no clue about computers.
Im wanting it basically for uploading/editing my photos on and also for course work if i decide to go to college.
My work have offered to get me one through Dell (get it cheaper)
http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/pr...sdt1&~lt=popup
What you guys think?
Im not wanting to spend too much on a laptop as i have a good house computer but the spec on this one seems better than the Insipron Dell laptops.
Thanks in advance, Audrey x

Try Ebuyer, you can get a decent laptop from there for about £300

lol awesome first reply. Breaks the one and only prerequisite.
So im thinking the kinda thing your looking for is like average HDD space for photos to be stored & documents. Inbuilt car reader for ease of getting photos form camera? and no preference for OS. Probably batterylife to think about too. I'll have a wee looky

Old and a bit grissly?
The only thing i can spot with your laptop above there is the CPU is a little Ally McCoist, could do with being a bit more Ronaldo.
Have a look at the dell Vostro 1510 and compare them (if this link works) http://configure.euro.dell.com/dells...N0415118&s=bsd
