annoying rattle/noise

I have an annoying rattle coming from roughly the corner where the air vent is on the driver side, you can only hear it when the car is moving and the sound is abit like what the air vent would sound like if it was rattling but it's not since I took it out and you can still hear it lol, any suggestions? I've had a look around and applied pressure to the area while driving but it doesn't stop the noise.

check the plastic housing around the steering, the speedo cluster, the plastic bit where you adjust the mirror from and also check the door cards mate
