If your going to have a go yourself mate be aware that there is only 5 colours of wire used in the Mk1 loom and you will likely find that the numbers have rubbed off too. You can get some info off here but the numbers for wires aren't consistent through the ages either so for instance wire 124 doesn't exist in a 3 plug ECU loom only in single.
A lad posted up all of the single plug info I'm sure he asked for it to be stickied but it doesn't seem to have been

if you have a copy of autodata i'm fairly sure all the pinout data is in that.
That's what i used for my XSI/16V conversion back in the day

The autodata sheets give you the correct wire numbers and the pin locations on the ecu side but no chassis plug info which is what you need. Also there isn't any 3-plug info in autodata only single.
Find the thread i'm on about it has the chassis pug info for single plug looms its in a pdf
