I thought sub 10 was 60? Or was it 80?
More than happy to give it a go lol R888's in 13's are quite cheap :d

its over 80 for sub 10min...
i think the times you are doing here josh it will be difficult to knock big chunks off but if you had a lot more power you will be much quicker..
its purely a guess but i reckon if all goes well i could be doing it in a lot less than 8:45.. with the new power.

Aslong as your pushing it round the corners similar to me (assuming you are) then id be aiming for 8:30 or lower Danny, I reckon your more than capable of that
First straight going under the bridge you will gain 5seconds, long fast part leading up to schwedenkreuz you will gain at least 10seconds, back straight up the hill you will gain at least 10 seconds if not more, theres 25seconds, take that off my 8:55 and theres 8:30 already.... + better acceleration out of every corner will all add up, like up the hill just after Adenau bridge, and also out of Adenau force etc etc. I reckon once you've learnt the power/car with the new engine you will easily be in low 8's mate, not bad for a 106 hey

tbh josh i was thinking more along those lines too.. jus didnt want to say it lol
like you say, get used to the car and it will be doing low 8's. i think with a bit of aero, new suspension and a few other things it could break 8mins... theres a few vag powered golf's that have done this so dont see why i couldnt.

i think its poss...
to get to around a 9min lap you dont need that much power, jus good track knowledge an a car that handles.. but to dip below 9 then power is everthing.
ill have a good idea of what mine is capable of soon.. just hope you can make it mate

Possibly mate, will be a last min decision depending on money, if you or anyone still has a passenger space, and if I can get the time off work as that's the second week back lol

That carbon looks awesome!!
The boot and roof alone are worth more than most people's cars on here!
