There are 2 drainage pipes to the 2 front corners of the sunroof, they end up inside of the sideskirts, good to check on rust in there while you're at it,terrible design in my opinion, only promotes corrosion to start.

at least its not a plastic sunroof like a clio --they always leak after 4 or 5 years
if you pour water into chaneel with roof open you should see it come out of sills -if it don,t you got blocked or disconnected drain hoses
if your brave --try finger tiptaste test of wet patch --if its sweet --its your heater that leaking

Mine still does this especially after a down pour checked off everything i.e. Sunroof drainage pipes and all clear I'm now thinking it might be the door seal.

Even if the drainage pipes are clear, its not uncommon for the metal in the vicinity of the top of the pipes them to have rusted away, meaning the water will seep through and in to your headlining and down the door pillar before it actually goes in to the drain pipe.
