replacement 360
lo all,
my 360 is dead, so need to send it back to microshite.
just registered the 360 on microsoft website, and it says its out of warranty, will they still replace it due to 3 red rings?

Red rings has a 3 year warranty that is seperate from any other issues. give them a phone and they should arrange for it to get repaired/replaced.

oh dear..
wont let me do anyhting to do with repair due to the warrant. so looks like im going to have to battle with customer services
wot kind of stuff do they say so im prepared?

are you actually getting a new one or are they going to take it away for repairs. Ill spit blood if yours is repaired before mine after having waited 2 weeks for mine to be picked up (well it hasnt yet but im hopeing it'll be picked up friday)
