I think mods and admin have a completely thankless task to do. I know from expereince of admining 2 vauxhall forums how hard and frustrating it can be. You will never be able to please all of the people all of the time so good moderation is just that, moderation.
Things shouldnt be deleted unless they are offensive or could cause harm to someone following wrong advice. Peoples opinions are what keep forums busy and social places to come. The last thing you want is for people not to post for fear of being moderated or bad repped?
But as ive said in the past, this has got to be one of the most least argumentitive forums ive ever been on, which says something positive about the forum users and mods alike.
