indeed, if he is supersetting max weight, to close to failure, but as id imagine he is aiming more for toning than bulking, considering the thread is based on going on holiday, i doubt he will be using max weights.

i take from the way its been written, that he might want to build up, but not bulk up, as said, aiming for definition on holiday. im sure he will clarify

damage in the gym, indeed, if i wer bulking, at the moment, im on a diet, aided with the gym, not a cut, m doing weights, but not heavy weghts, little and often, along with the cardio, boxing cycling i do in my circuits, alot of the stuff i do is HIIT, and bodyweight moves, press ups, sit ups, get ups, etc

my diet is doing fine, and im gettin more than the gains i expected, i have been big built before, and once i start to train again properly, i dont think it will take too long to get back to near where i was.

but thanks for the advice.
oh, and my diet has about 70gms of protein in it per day, that is enough for me to maintain muscle mass i would think. im not bulking, maintaining, which i believe would be around 1gm per kg bodyweight, its a little under the desired, but im sure there is enough in there.

thats what your after mate, you will need to sacrifice a little weight loss, as the problem with definition, is %BF, it covers the muscles. lower the %BF, better muscle definition.

So just continue with what I'm doing now and I'll do well?

And tricep dips are like the opposite of a pressup aren't they

legs on front arms behind and lower yourself down

my arms and pecs ache this morning like
