from about 500 - thousands all depending on how in depth the re-spray is (engine out ect) and what paints/garage your using

usually around a 1200 for a good respray from what i've read and heard

All depends on how good the job is.

Mate spent £3,000 on getting his del sol resprayed and its a cracking job.

this question gets asked alot, you could have used the search button..

but the rule with paintjobs often is:

"You pay cheap, you get cheap" - some places better then others, shop around

Now i am also a firm believer that cheap is cheap for a reason.
however a local guy with a tidy Lupo paid £600 for a full respray, and looking over it, i was really impressed!

Low cost doesn't always result in a bad job just as high cost doesn't always result in a good job.

On a small car for a same colour respray £1000-1200 seems to be about average price.

If the bodyshop is respectable and legitimate their prices may be very good value for money. For example a local garage does it for about £600 to respray in the same colour

as i have said in loads of threads now price will always depend on wether it is same colour or full colour change, wether all the door shuts are being done or not, wether everything is to be stripped down or not, what damage there is to repair ie dents

I jsut had my e36 fully sprayed in a new colour and that all in came to jsut shy of 3.5k which is cheap in my books considering the finish.

For a saxo id happly pay 1500-2000.

EDIT: thats door shuts, inside the boot and glass out jobby with new arches all rolled etc.
