Yeah thats fair play, but i bench 65kg, in my sets which is heavyer than me + i do incline chest presses which 26kgs, each hand no spotting. im not one off these people that just do pull ups lol..
wish i didnt make this thread now geezzz, just wanted to make a bit off fun, but ended up with no end off hassle becoz off it lol.

Thats what i do, kind off, i do 10 dead lifts off 90kg, then 10 pull ups with 25lb dumbells then 7 or 10 if i can with no weight..

Na lol I thought and still think it's a good idea bringing in a competetive element into this Section I personally don't think you made this thread to look good, makes me laugh though some brag about their abilities yet when it comes to the crunch there's no takers.

Can I just say Logan, latpull downs an pull ups are compleatly diffrent, so if your justification that 'meatheads' can do pull ups because they can do x weight on latpull downs, I'd have to disagree strongley

good idea tbh i wont enter though i saw this thread before i went and did some abs today and was interested to see what i could do. I managed 6 nice and slow but gave up as upped weight on chest yesterday and my shoulders are letting me know lol

Sorry but size doesn't equal strength. Someone twice your size/weight is not necessarily twice as strong. Not everyone does pull ups either, so maybe they are exceptionally strong, but just can't do pull ups, because they haven't developed through doing them. I mean go look at olympic powerlifters etc, they lift extraordinary amounts of weight, and they are by no means massive, because they develop purely power and strength. Depending on how you train, obviously you are going to develop either endurance, strength/power or size, not necessarily all 3.
So yeah, what if someone who is massive has only trained for size, and not the other two? Obviously not going to be able to do silly amounts of pull ups are they. I hope you can understand that. And no I'm not a body builder and I don't go to the gym particularly before you start spouting off shit about me not having pictures up.

i cant seem to do many at all i can lift decent amount with dumbbells and a decent amount with back but can seem to do wide grip pull ups well... i keep trying to do one extra every time i go
