z-anabol aren't worth it as all the do is drive your hormones crazy and alter your mood

creatine works in a safer and simpler way to increase your performance, strength and endurance so a good buy

depends what creatine caps u got

i tried monohydrate powder which every now and again causes headaches and stomach cramps but now on USN X4 caps (ethyl ester) and i love the stuff once you manage to swallow these beasts they help you train harder and im not sure if its something that creatine does anyway but soreness the next day is reduced alot

good product imo

Creatine powder is a better option as its absorbed more easily by your body. Anything that messes with your hormones is a big fat no no for me
