what am i doing wrong?
around nov 09 i wieghed 11 and a bit stone, pretty skinny build but a bit chubby from lavish lifestyle( drink, takeaways)
ive been gym and changed my diet, ive lost a stone in wieght but still have the chubby areas?
how do i lose the chubby areas? ive been doing cardio and light wieght training but cant seem to shift the flab but i am losing wieght?

Cardio and light weights wont do fuck all to burn fat. I have no idea where the notion of light weights and hig reps are for cutting came from but its bullshit. Wether cutting or bulking, the core of your training should stay the same. you should still do the heavy, low rep sets but instead of isolation work do more sets of big compound exercises and add to that some steady state cardio for no more than 30 mins at a time.
The biggest thing will be diet. 300g of protein, less than 50g of carbs and 90g of fats a day is a basic cutting macro diet.

Also its not gunna happen over night.... sit ups, press ups, cardio etc.... lightish free weights, diet change - less alcohol and takeaways

sometimes people just cant shift from certain areas, to do with your gentic make up and how your body distributes and uses fats.
