Default how long to lose 1/2 stone?

above really? i know it wont be precise without posting diet and training...

lets say cardio 5-6 times a week and fairly good diet?

how long is a piece of string? it varies from person to person, depends how much cardio your doing at one time, how much clothing your wearing? how much your sweating? What are you eating exactly?

Id guess a month if you stick to 5-6 time a week on cardio, add some weights in there too and the half stome might not drop off as quick but at least its muscle instead of fat??
