i reckon it could of been black, too much fcking snow on it lol mines a silver vtr, i have a "my son made me modify" sticker on back bumper!!!
lowered 40mm (all round)
BMC enclosed induction kit
OMP upper strut brace (not sure about fitting lower)
GT3 full exhaust sytem (burble burble) lol
4-1 manifold (waiting to got on)

I had a lower brace on my old Zs down 60mm and i live on a road with disgustingly big speed bumps. You'll be fine dude.
As for noticing the difference, you can but i was down on coilovers so it was all pretty firm up front anyway.
There's a guide on how to fit it kicking about somewhere, just remove two bolts, place the brace in place (rhymes rofl) and bolt up! Job done
