advice and wisdom wanted please

Hi im john im new here,hello everyone posted this in the newbie section but im thinking i need a more experienced owner,so reposting here.
Hi guys just brought my first vts two tone goddess lol looking at upgrading the front door speakers to 13cm components.. Anyone got any suggestions on what i should go for? Dont say edge! I want to upgrade lol, something half decent that will be a straight fit and an amp too.. Preferably 4channel so i can bridge 2 and add a sub in future? Got a max of 200 quid. As for the component tweeters do i just find a good place in the door card and use a step drill bit to make a hole and insert it in to whats the best way? Cheers guys/girls, heres my vts.. Enjoy
