haha, how narrow minded and wrong you both are.
I'll go battle against anyone using either decks or cdj's and come out on top

its unfortunate as this is true
youve gotta love the vynil for the fact it starter DJ'ing, and its "how it should be done"
but at the same time, the future is closing in on us, and vynil simply isnt a part of that future. theres many arguements for and against CDJ's
- more people get heard because its easier to burn a CD than press a vynil
- more people get heard who dont deserve to
- its cheaper to download tracks
- buying tracks of cheap DL's means the producers are earning less and wont make as many tracks because they have to get a job
- vynil is traditional
- CD's are the future
the arguments go on for ages

I have used both and now have CDJ1000s. I work twice as hard on cdj as I do vinyl. There are 2 things to do with vinyl - correct speed and maintain beat. With CDJ you can do a whole host of other tricks.

As much as I love my CDJs I do love to spin the 1210s occasionally and would never give up my vinyl collection
