Anyone got any tips on how to stop my roof from rattling? Seems to have got worse recently and going to work on it in the next couple of days. Is there anything specific that I should look out for?

How to get through the firewall?
OK so i got myself some kit and have all the speaker cabling and earthing done the only thing i cannot figure out is getting power from the engine bay. I can't find any empty grommets that I can use to feed a power cable through. Do I need to drill my own hole?
If not images would be much appreciated!!

They will work either way but if its the wrong way round speakers will sound crap at high volume as the polarity of the wires will be telling one side to push and other one will be telling to pull at same time so just try them if they sound crap swap them over

Cheers. Is there much point in sound deadening ? I can't hear any over my music anyway, so i guess its not really worth it.
