Default probably a really stupid question

hi all ive had my 1.1 saxo for 4 years now and still love it i was debating whether to put a vts engine in it and decided it would be better to just buy one ! so i started getting insurance quotes etc then i began to wonder what is actually the difference between a vts and a vtr?? probably a really stupid question i know lol all i know is the vts is a bit quicker
so now im thinkng vts or vtr??
also does anyone know what the newest saxo i can buy is ?? the newest ive seen is an 03 reg.
Thanks

Basically;
Vts is a 16 valve engine, Vtr is only 8 Valve. So the Vts is quicker yes.

Also, they have different gear boxes, Vts has shorter ratios, so better for acceleration.

As standard Vts is like 125bhp whereas Vtr is either 90 or 98bhp.

Other than that they both look the same from outside, share the same brake and suspension setup, just the Vts is quicker.

Vts insurance group 14 ?
Vtr insurance group 7 ?

What is it with you lot? If her username was VTR_Bob or something there would have been about 5 or 6 replies with "use the search" , "for gods sake use the search button" , "not another nooob, search" bla bla bla.

I might change my username to BigTitsBetty, i'll get far more prompt responses and more useful answers.
