Just tested my connection speed....

I'm paying for a 2mb connection, so this is not too bad, but could be better.

Your upload's quite nice for a 2mb connection, mines only double that on 8mb line.

Done a test im paying for 1mb and got 1402kbps download and 369 upload
So im chuffed!!

According to mine then yours aint great potatopete as im paying 12.99 for a 1mb line and getting more then double your download speed.

I'm having a few problems with my line atm but usually when i test it i get around 6mb download and 448kb upload.

Probs cause your mates are not getting 8meg, ADSL speed is based off distance from the exchange and line attenuation. But fair enough mate if your happy with your connection was only a suggestion

Just been informed by my mother that we had 1mb for 2 years, and aol as a good customer gest updated us to 2mb for free

Im more then happy with it dude as im getting what i pay for and some more!!
It runs two computers, xbox live and the ps3 all at the same time with no probs

i find the internet in the southwest is terrible and everywhere else is fine. my internet is fantastic (but thats probably the £1000 desktop talking)
