Would have been solved a lot quicker if Dell had mentioned that by law it is:
The seller's responsibility to ensure the item is packaged correctly for transit and it is the seller's responsibility for the item until it has reached the seller.

ergo, you fucked up.

Del was told a pack of shite for a week indicating it had been sent when in fact it hadn't, when it was sent it wasn't packaged anywhere near appropriately. You've brought this upon yourself and yet you still feel the need to fight your corner. Why? What could you possibly salvage from whole ordeal?

The item got damaged in transit due to your packaging (or was shite beforehand), at that stage it was still your responsibility Skiddy. Effectively you damaged it by not ensuring it was packaged correctly, nothing to do with Del.
Do everyone a favour, recover what's left of your own reputation/honesty/integrity, refund Del, put it to rest and learn from the following:

1) Don't commit to a time to send if you can't commit
2) Don't claim something is mint if it isn't
3) Don't claim to have sent it when you haven't
4) Don't provide a false tracking number
5) Don't package a fragile item like a bonnet, with the equivalent of cereal box cardboard
6) Don't play all crybaby when you've done above
7) Don't threaten the seller when he points out you've done the above
8) Don't claim you've been honest when you've done the above
9) Don't blame everyone else is at fault when you've done the above.

Regards,
Do me a favour and get you all the relevant facts beforehand

There is no criminal law or civil law regarding this matter either. Thankyou

Skids just do us a favour, issue the refund to Del, Rich and Wassy and have done with it!

If you had sorted the issue out in the first place, people would have put it down to a bad transaction and left it at that. You could have kept your head down for a bit and it would have been gone and forgetten. Now you have just made yourself look a total prick, and people just wont take you seriously. You have handled this situation shocking!!!

Its only gonna go 1 way mate, paypal WILL refund the buyer, they always do! So just get it done with now and close the thread instead of making yourself look worse!

i cant actually believe this thread is still going..
surely it would be so much simpler just to refund all 3 of the people you have pissed off, rather than petty arguing!!

Because you are the scammer. You've taken my money not supplying items you agreed, you scammed money from me.

Like i said, beause you turned down my partial refund offer i cant refund you the money. Del said he was going to close the case so i could refund him, but he hasn't. If you done this i would have refunded you no problem and i still will refund you but its down to you with the case still open, i cant do nothing about it sorry until you close it.

Surely if you refund them then this arguing will stop pretty much straight away?
I cant blame them for being pissed off with you, im sure you would be exactly the same if it was you on the recieveing end of a scammer or whatever?

There's a difference though, you deserve the negative feedback, the buyer's don't.

Skids would you like some help in what your next post should be?

"I will refund Del, Wassy and Rich the full amount by the end of today. Sorry for wasting your time and messing you about with my inability to do business."

If you say that, and refund them like you should, then this thread will cease to continue with your increasing amount of silly excuses. It's pretty simple really.
