how do i get a competative car to race online , all the cars i have tried just get blown away on the track by other cars in the same class

can anyone help out a newbie to online racing pleeeeeease

Get a car with a relativly low P.I index number then mod it but i mostly do suspension, brakes and weight... dont see the point with most people just upping the power and doing nothing else.

Just go on Peugeot and go right to the end the "997" car

Go to the leaderboards and check the fastest car for the class on a certain track.

Watch the replay of the fastest lap and turn telemetry on. Note the max BHP under full throttle and then work out how to tune the car to get that power.

You need a different car for each track ideally.
