mine wasnt tested with a stopwatch fella there is a few places were they do 0-60 timming york dragway does it once a year i think they do it at the trac show an at crail maybe an yes it is the 1/4 mile time that matters as for the 0-60 time i will not be as quick this year as iv got 106 s1 box

i was going to say why pay insurance group 14 for a vts thats is 8.3 when you could get a vtr for insurance group 7 and do around the same spec.
0-60 are fun!! still havnt tryed mine with my manifold and 16" alloys its been to wet

iv read that an the evo with 326bhp will do 0-60 in 5.0sec my mate had one an we ran it at the 0-60 challage at york an he did it in 5.02sec so 6.8 on a rolling road is no were near a true figure but all good fun or maybe just another way of taking money off the boy racers who dont no any better

Aye... If you can't drop the clutch I'd be knackered, as my power doesn't kick in until 5000 rpm. It would be tied down to the rollers, so I don't think you can spin the wheels. Oh well, what can you do...

I pulled 8.2 in my VTR. Thats with ashley system, 4-2-1 decat janspeed manifold, pipercorss induction kit, stripped out on 15" wheels, ON A COLD DAY!
Timed by my missus with a stop watch against the sat nav. Did 3/4 runs as well!

No, cus it can only do 58 in 2nd. Had to change to 3rd, but by the time id lifted my foot off the clutch in 3rd it was doing 60 anyway, so the change doesnt really affect the time.
