mk1 vts v mk2 vts
what are the differences between the above,
i know that the mk2 has the option to turn the passengers air bag off,
and the change of bonnet light etc.
is there any difference in performance? like the 90bhp and 98bhp vtr.

Nope. Same engine. Same Performance
Later Vts (2001+) have extra emission controls, extra airbags & the three plug ecu, but all are rated at 120 bhp!

Do the older models have ABS sensors on all 4 wheels like the newer models? I was wondering this as the older models have adjustable rear brake biases on them, where the newer models have to rely on the ABS system completely.

I think its as the later ones have electronic brake distribution, using the abs sensors! Instead of the brake bias load sensor!
All have abs on all 4 wheels!

The 3plug ecu also randomly "detects" misfires and burns out the injector drivers, and if the inertia switch is triggered, its a trip to the dealer.
Theyre more cheaply put together than mk1s too.
